Travel tracking is at the core of of our travel security offering. To keep your travelling employees safe, you need to know where they are at all times. Our flexible travel tracker offers active and passive itinerary-based tracking, and mobile tracking. We can also supply dedicated hardware devices to those headed far off the beaten track.

Pre-travel Briefings

Our country-level briefings provide critical up-to-date information in advance of trips. They include country risk ratings, recent risk alerts, a map, security cautions and advice, vaccination, health and medical information, and day to day living tips. The system can integrate with various risk rating providers, and accept company-specific ratings.

Automated Check-ins

The Voyage Manager system checks in with travellers daily, or on a custom schedule. This automatic check-in process does away with cumbersome check calls. Admin staff can also trigger check-in requests on demand for individuals or groups.

Real-time Global Incident Alerts

Most business trips pass off without a hitch. But if something goes wrong, Voyage Manager updates travellers and central teams immediately. Affected staff in the area of an incident will receive real-time alerts via email, SMS and voice calls, with copies sent to admin and security personnel. Employees can also raise the alarm via the Emergency SOS function of the Voyage Manager app.
