We offer two types of automated pre-travel briefing:
- New trip briefings: sent out as soon as a booking enters the system
- Pre-trip briefings: sent out at a client-specified interval before departure.
In both instances, a custom email goes out with your choice of content and attachments. You have full control over what guidance your travellers receive.
We also produce a series of detailed country-level travel guides. Most clients opt to include these in their pre-trip briefing package.
Each country profile includes:

- Most recent risk alerts for that region
- Map of the country
- Security cautions and advice
- Vaccination, health and medical information

These destination guides can be viewed via the app and web portal, or emailed to travellers in PDF format.
