Admin staff can customise the templates used to generate automatic trip updates so that they align with the company style.
Voyage Manager gives organisations the option of allowing travel updates to be shared on platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn. If the feature is enabled, travel status updates will be posted as a trip progresses without further user intervention.
IMPORTANT: Please take care when using this feature. Disclosing travel and location data on a public platform can create security risks. The social media integration function is off by default. It must be enabled by an administrator before travellers can use it. Once enabled, travellers can choose to connect individual social media accounts.
