Getting Started
How do I create a Voyage Manager account?
Visit our sign-up page and create a free account. You can explore the platform before selecting a subscription plan. No credit card is required to get started.
What subscription plans are available?
We offer four plans: Basic ($4.99/user/month), Standard ($9.99/user/month), Professional ($14.99/user/month), and Enterprise (custom pricing). All plans are per-user and work for individuals, small teams, or large organisations. See our pricing page for full details.
Can I cancel my subscription at any time?
Yes. You can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. See our refund policy for details.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Pay for a year and get 12 months for the price of 10 — a 17% saving. You can switch between monthly and annual billing at any time.
Mobile Apps
What are Voyage Manager's mobile apps?
Voyage Manager offers the Nucleus app for iOS and Android. Nucleus gives travellers access to travel tracking, safety check-ins, emergency SOS, document vault, expense capture, and real-time risk alerts — all from their phone.
Where can I download the mobile apps?
The Nucleus app is available from the Apple App Store and Google Play Store. Search for "Voyage Manager Nucleus" to find it.
Travel Tracking
Does Voyage Manager always track the location of my phone?
No. Voyage Manager only tracks your location when travel tracking is active for your trip. You control when tracking is enabled, and you can disable it at any time through the app. Location data is encrypted and stored securely.
How does travel tracking work?
Voyage Manager supports multiple tracking methods: passive tracking from booking data, active tracking via the mobile app, and dedicated hardware trackers. Your organisation can choose the level of tracking that suits your needs. See our travel tracking page for more details.
Climate Impact
Are the Climate Impact tools included in all plans?
Yes. Climate Impact tools are included in every plan, starting from Basic. You can track your carbon footprint from travel, and offset your emissions directly through the platform.
Security & Privacy
How is my data protected?
All data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We are fully GDPR compliant and follow industry best practices for data security. Your travel data is never shared with third parties without your explicit consent. See our privacy policy for full details.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards for self-serve plans. Enterprise customers can pay by invoice.
