Refund Policy
Our commitment to your satisfaction.
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your Voyage Manager subscription at any time. When you cancel, your access to paid features will continue until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). No further charges will be applied after cancellation.
14-Day Refund Window
If you are not satisfied with your subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. To request a refund, email us at support@voyagemanager.com with your account details and the reason for your request.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscriptions, refund requests made within the first 14 days will receive a full refund. After the 14-day window, we will issue a pro-rated refund for the remaining unused months at the monthly rate.
Enterprise Plans
Enterprise plan refunds and cancellations are governed by the terms of your individual service agreement. Please contact your account manager for details.
How to Request a Refund
To cancel your subscription or request a refund:

- Include your account email address and subscription details
- We aim to process all refund requests within 5 business days
