Our Story
Our founder, software engineer John Scott, was travelling in Sri Lanka when the 2004 tsunami struck. Nothing's more terrifying than being caught in a major incident, unable to tell family, friends and colleagues you are safe. The experience made him realise the need for a system to help people stay connected in times of crisis. At the heart of this system: better travel tracking. He started Voyage Manager in Cambridge, a UK technology hotspot.
Environmental Commitment
The health of the environment matters to us. We monitor our carbon footprint using Voyage Manager's climate impact tools. We have solar panels and battery storage, use electric vehicles and bicycles, and offset all our non-green travel. We achieved carbon neutrality in 2021.
