    Notifications

When a traveller approaches your days in country thresholds or residency thresholds we will automatically notify you as well as the traveller that the threshold is approaching. Warnings are also sent when the traveller passes the thresholds.

    Data

When calculating the number of days an employee spends in a country we use a combination of location data to ensure that our calculations are comprehensive.

Itinerary information is normally the primary data source used in tax calculations. This is complemented with GPS data if the traveller is using a tracking device or smart phone tracking app. Other data sources can also be used including Social Media and expense data. A traveller also has the ability to manually enter country day information, whereby overriding the calculated data.
