Pulse

Pulse checks that you are OK on a daily basis, through an automated request response process. By automatically prompting you to confirm that you're safe we remove the need for you to remember to check in. We also remove the need support staff to confirm that you are OK every day.

    Automated Checkin

While you are travelling pulse ensures that you are OK by automatically requesting that you once a day confirm your status. Requests are sent by SMS, email or by an automated voice calls. As you respond back the system updates your status. Failure to respond within the allocated response time will activate an automated alert to your travel or security team.

    Time Sensitive

Your pulse requests take into account the local time where you are to ensure that you don't receive the check in request in the middle of the night. You can for example specify that requests are sent some time between 10:00 and 17:00 only. Also, if your lay-over is less than for example 3 hours the request will not be sent as you are unlikely to have an opportunity to respond while transferring between flights.

    Customer Testimonial

Dominic Milne at the University of Aberdeen says "We love the way Voyage Manager prompts the traveller to confirm their status as it reduces the burden on the person on duty. Only if a traveller fails to check in are we notified and have to take action."
